DAY OF COORDINATION

​✨ Enjoy your special day worry-free! We’ll handle all the logistics, timelines, and details on the wedding day, ensuring everything goes smoothly while you soak in every moment. This includes:

​

  • Creation of timeline and schedule

  • Vendor Coordination

  • Setup and teardown of ceremony and reception

  • Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception

  • Rental contract management

  • Vendor confirmation 2 weeks before wedding

  • 2 in-person/phone meetings with us (does not include a vendor meeting)

  • 1-2 event staff

  • Follow-up on all deliveries to ensure they are on time

  • Make sure all vendors supply according to their contracted service

  • Assist the bridal party in getting ready, and ensure everyone knows their roles, cues, etc.

  • Ensure marriage license and rings are present for the ceremony

  • Provision of a wedding day emergency kit (with nearly everything you could ever need!)

  • Assist the bride with bustle, veil, and other attire

  • Deal with the overall details so that the couple, family, and friends can enjoy the special day

DESIGN & COORDINATION

✨ From setting the mood to finalizing every detail, we’ll help bring your vision to life. This service combines our creative expertise with organizational support to make your wedding uniquely yours. This includes:

  • Everything from Day of Coordination

  • Floorplan creation

  • 3 in-person/ phone meetings with One Night Event Planning (may consist of one vendor meeting)

  • 2-3 event staff

  • Support and advice through the design process to bring your vision to life
